All Smart Pay As You Go (PAYG) payments made to Nabuh Energy via any of the available formats (SMS, telephone, website, app, in person) are made in good faith by you (the customer) to Nabuh Energy and are assigned to your associated electricity or gas account (based on top up number used during the transaction). If an error is realised you should contact Nabuh Energy immediately and we will review each case on individual basis with you and taking consideration of your individual circumstances
